Ingredients

  • 1 pound small mozzarella cheese balls in water, drained
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • 20 fresh basil leaves, hand torn
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup white balsamic glaze
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and carefully toss together.
