Offset Spatula
Use this great tool for frosting the side of a cake, putting ganache into macarons, and taking delicate cookies off of a cookie sheet.
Baking Sheets
If you do a good amount of baking, you will need some nice half-sheet trays. These are great for cookies and so much more!
Silpat Nonstick Baking Mat
I prefer using these nonstick mats because you can wash them and use them over and over again instead of using disposable parchment.
Silpat with Macaron Pattern
If you make macarons these silpats are useful since they have the templates right on them!
Azteco Tip Set
This is a nice basic tip set you can use for many different projects like decorating a cake, cupcakes, or piping macarons.
Piping Bags
These are my favorite piping bags! I like having them a little bit larger so that they don’t leak on the top (plus you can put more product in the bag without refilling it). You receive 72 bags in a package.
KitchenAid Stand Mixer
I love my KitchenAid stand mixer so much! The brand is made so well, and they last a long time. You are able to mix ingredients in your mixer while you multitask on another step of your recipe.
Pastry Brush
Use this brush to apply an egg wash or to glaze pastries to make them shine.
Bench Scraper
Use this tool to remove dough from a countertop. You can also use this to scoop up ingredients like onions.
Bowl Scraper
Easily get the last bit of dough out of your bowl with this bowl scraper.
French Rolling Pin
This is my favorite rolling pin when I need to roll out pie dough or laminated dough for pastries.
Apple Peeler, Slicer and Corer
I’m not usually a fan of single-use kitchen gadgets, but this this tool makes a tedious task so easy and fun!
6 Quart Food Storage Container with Lid
I like to make large quantities of doughs and store them in these containers. They are also useful if you need to store large quantities of stock or soup.
Danish Dough Wisk
Quickly bring together a dough in the container above with this whisk. This is how I make bread that I serve to my family for dinner at night. I love making bread from Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day found here.
Metal Scoops
I love these scoops for so many different tasks. I use them to portion out everything from cookies to meatballs!
Blanched Almond Flour
This is a great product to use if you’d like to make macarons! Make sure to store this in the freezer so that it does not turn rancid. When you’re ready to use it, there is no need to thaw the flour.
00 Pizza Flour
The Italians’ secret for making tasty pizza doughs and fresh pasta!!
Instant Yeast
My favorite yeast for the various doughs I like to make. Make sure to keep this in an airtight container in your refrigerator.
