Flowers bring so much joy to everyone. Why not host a party with a flower theme? Recently, we launched our new flower arranging business with Alice’s Table so I knew that I wanted to have a flower-themed buffet table. We will walk you through how to put this buffet together, show you where to find the recipes, and how to make a stunning cupcake bouquet!

Here is our lovely apple rose tart! Learn how to make this tart by visiting this webpage. Follow the instructions and your tart will not only look stunning, but it will also taste delicious! We suggest using honeycrisp apples for this tart.
For these panna cottas I used Ina Garten’s recipe for vanilla bean panna cotta with raspberry sauce. The combination of the raspberry, vanilla, and Grand Marnier is divine! Garnish your panna cottas with edible flowers. We found our edible flowers at Whole Foods.
Cookies can be embellished with flowers or here we used the logo from our flower business. Buy edible images here and then stick them on with cornstarch here.
Some of our lucky guests got to take home cookies as favors!
Even our drink menu was flower-themed! We served lime, mint, elderflower water from Whole Food and lavender soda from World Market!
On to our show-stopper cupcake bouquet! Let us guide you through making this fun flower centerpiece.
Believe it or not the cupcakes are secured into the container fit with a pool noodle!! We were able to find a green pool noodle and flower container by visiting the dollar store. Before you frost the cupcakes you secure them into the pool noodle with toothpicks. Cover the noodle with cupcakes filling in large gaps and then frost the cupcakes. Our cupcakes were frosted to look like hydrangeas and mums. Find a handy tutorial on how to pipe flowers here.
Fill in small gaps with leaves that are made from a homemade fruit roll-up recipe and tinted green. Spread large sections of this concoction out on your stick free mat and then cut them out with a leaf-shaped cookie cutter. For more detailed instruction on how to make these amazing cupcake bouquets check out this Blueprint class here.
This stuff is so cute! I have never thought of just a flower themed party but I love it!
Thanks so much!
